1955 Chevy Nomad

**"RACE NOMAD WAGON"**

Willie B and Kevin Byrd take on a meaningful mission — helping a 70-year-old owner fulfill a final promise to his late brother through their shared 1955 Nomad Wagon.

Owned since 1976, the car was a lifelong project the two worked on together before his brother’s passing during COVID, leaving behind both unfinished work and an unfulfilled wish: to have his ashes taken down the drag strip one last time.

Now facing physical limitations, the owner turns to Willie and Kevin to help get the Nomad track-ready with critical updates including wiring, brakes, tires, gauges, and an overdrive install on the TH400 transmission.

More than just a build, this episode becomes a tribute that will culminate in a powerful, heartfelt run down the strip to honor a brother, a bond, and a promise that refuses to be left unfinished.
