Before it can tackle the rocky terrain and challenging trails of Tennessee, however, there is still plenty of work to be done. In this episode, Ian puts the finishing touches on the TJ, transforming it from a capable project into a trail-proven machine ready for hundreds of miles of off-road adventure. One of the biggest upgrades is building a custom exhaust system from scratch, giving the Jeep the clearance, durability, and performance it needs while showcasing how proper exhaust routing can make all the difference on a dedicated trail rig. Beyond the exhaust, Ian performs a complete pre-adventure inspection and shakedown, addressing the critical systems that can make or break a trail ride. From brakes and steering to drivetrain components, recovery gear, lighting, and suspension setup, every detail is evaluated to ensure the TJ is ready for anything the trail throws at it.. ![BFOR_308](https://info.brentontv.com/hubfs/BFOR_308.jpg "BFOR_308") Actual Vehicle --- The episode covers practical add-ons like storage solutions for gear and recovery equipment, upgraded lighting for long trail days, body armor for protection, and suspension and tire choices that balance capability with reliability. This episode is a no-nonsense guide to getting trail-ready, giving viewers a checklist for preparing their own rigs before heading out on an off-road adventure. --- ## Prospective Parts - Custom Exhaust System - Winch & Recovery Equipment - Off-Road Lighting - Wheels & Tires - Soft Top Systems - Windshield Protection Systems - Steering Components - Differential & Drivetrain Upgrades - Air Systems & Tire Inflation Equipment - Trail Tools & Recovery Accessories - Your Product ## Put Your Brand in the Center of the Action!
