**"OVERHAULING A BUDGET RV"**
New owner, new adventure, and one *very* long to-do list. This RV was picked up for a bargain, but as the saying goes: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is! Before this cross-country journey can begin, there is plenty of work to do, and *Two Guys Garage* is on the job.
We’re diving deep into the seals, sealants, and hard parts to ensure the foundation is rock solid. But the owner has an even cooler vision for this rig: a complete off-grid power conversion. The goal? To transition an AC unit and the fridge to 120V, powered by a robust battery bank and a custom solar setup. We’re exploring how to turn this "too good to be true" deal into the ultimate self-sustaining home on wheels.

Earlier in this episode, Willie and Kevin take a trip to Discovery Trailer alongside CRC to discuss the importance of trailer and RV maintenance before hitting the road. After seeing how critical preventative maintenance can be, the guys return to the shop to help prep a well-used Class A motorhome for its next big road trip.
This segment creates the perfect opportunity to showcase a versatile range of DIY repair solutions while educating viewers on choosing the right product(s) for specific jobs.
The motorhome will feature multiple small repairs that are common pain points for RV owners, including:
Glass & Housing Repair: Reattaching mirror glass back into the side mirror housing
Structural Wood/Composite Repair: Fixing a loose corner section on the rear bed platform
Flexible Client Integration: A third repair to be determined, giving flexibility for an additional cosmetic, structural, fluid-system, or utility-focused fix around the RV based on client needs.
Throughout the segment, Willie and Kevin will emphasize how having the right repair products on hand provides quick, durable, and reliable options that are ideal for road trips, RV ownership, and on-the-go fixes where replacement parts may not be immediately available.
