The 1999-2004 Ford F-Series Super Duty trucks had the old school leaf front for better ride and suspension handling. Today, Matt and Bruno decide to swap one out of this ‘03 F-350 for a later ‘05+ coil system that will provide better handling that rivals some of the more modern era trucks.
